Chef Reid Harrison has a passion for food which extends beyond the plate. As Head Chef at White Oak Pastures, he takes pride in focusing on animal welfare, environmental sustainability, and keeping an emphasis on local food. His culinary career has extended from working for Chef Paul Harpin, to managing his own corporate restaurant in Chicago, and even preforming cooking demos at local farmer’s markets. Throughout his culinary journey, he has maintained a focus on locally grown, sustainably produced food. He says he is pleased to work for White Oak as, “It is such a dream to work with other likeminded people who are passionate about what they do.”
