Betsy LeGallais, CHHC, CCWS, CCNP
For over 25 years, Betsy suffered from Discoid and Systemic Lupus, as well as being a 16+ year breast cancer survivor. Having tried various methods throughout her history with Lupus to alleviate its symptoms — most of which were to little or no avail — she finally decided to take a completely different approach. That is when she completely changed her diet. As a result, she lost over 30 pounds, relieved all symptoms of Lupus and reversed the growth of Thyroid Nodules. Not only that, felt the best she had ever felt in her entire adult life. She became so passionate about her faith in the holistic and whole foods lifestyle that she studied to become a Certified Raw Foods Chef/Educator. She also completed the Holistic Health and Nutrition Coaching program from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she has been trained in over 100 dietary theories and a vast variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. She is also certified with The American Association of Drugless Practitioners and is a Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist and a Certified Corporate Nutrition Professional.
